Cancellation Policy

Aren't we all exposed to surprises when one has to cancel an order? But you need not worry with Megakart for we have made a way for simple and hassle-free cancellations for our customers.

Cancellation Window:

Orders can be canceled at any time within 24 hours of the order placement. After this window has passed, the process of order shipment will be commenced and in such cases, cancellation may not be possible anymore.

Cancellation Method:

Order cancellation can still be done through contacting the customer service at the soonest through info@megakart.co.in, or call +91 80842 23501. Make sure to mention the order number in your request and reasons for its cancellation.

Refund:

In case of prepaid orders, if you cancel it within 1 week cancellation window, refund would be made to your original form of payment after deduction of ₧100. For COD orders: If you cancel within 1 week of placing the order, we will provide you a coupon to your registered email address. Cancellation fees will not be applicable if a customer received a defective or wrong product, and the full amount will be refunded. Refund amounts shall be processed within 7 business days upon cancellation. Processing times vary according to your bank and credit card company's policies, so please expect that it may take a while for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. There are no refunds for shipping charges.

Cancellation After Shipping:

If the order was already shipped at the time of cancellation request, the customer has to wait until receiving this shipment. An individual would then proceed to return the shipment by following the return policy guidelines provided.

Exceptions:

Initial stages of making personalized items or custom-order items disqualify a product from cancellation. Clearance or final sale merchandise is also excluded from cancellation or refund. Cancellation Confirmation: Successfully cancel an order, and it will be confirmed via email from us. If you do not receive confirmation in 24 hours after cancellation was requested, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
