Refund & Return Policy

At Megakart, we want every bit of your purchase to be to your liking and therefore, if not satisfied for any reason, we have a simple return and refund policy that would deliver peace of mind.

Refund Eligibility:

For an item to be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 1 week of placing it. Items to be returned must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process:

If you would like to initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team via email at info@megakart.co.in or by phone at +91 80842 23501. Include your order number as well as the reason for return in your communication.

After your return request has been approved, a return shipping label will be generated (if applicable), and instructions on how to return the item(s) to you will be sent.

Return Postage:

All return postage costs will be incurred by the user, unless in the case of returned items that were delivered in error, such as the wrong item being shipped, or an item that was shipped defective.

Return items should be shipped using a traceable method to ensure that it will reach us safe and sound.

Refund Procedure:

All refunds shall be processed back into the original payment method with which the purchase was paid.
Once the item being returned is received and has been checked, you will be informed regarding the acceptance or rejection of your refunded amount.
Once approved, your refund will be processed in 7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional few days for the credited amount to reflect in your account based on the timelines set by your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges:

Sorry, there are no exchanges available at this time. If you want to exchange something, you need to get the original item back for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you have received a damaged or defective item, kindly inform us immediately. We will sort it out to dispatch a replacement item or arrange for refund.
Final Sale Items:

Final clearance or sale items are not returnable or refundable, unless they are delivered damaged or defective.
